To start the clinical development, the first-in-human dose selection including the starting dose and the dose range is a key step for a successful clinical drug development with small molecules or biologics. There is no unique approach.
Save the date: June 19th (3:00-4:00 pm CET/ 9:00-10:00 am EDT) to review the different approaches with a subject matter expert.
A separate webinar on September 23rd, 2024 will focus especially on the dose optimization in oncology.
